The printed circuit board acts as the brain of the appliance, using pre-determined routines to safely operate the boiler it was programmed for. Every action or event that takes place is controlled, monitored and initiated by the PCB. Sensors and wires transmit data and make it possible for the pcb to analyse and react. Safety is paramount, so the PCB can shut down the appliance at a moments notice if a safety concern is detected.
