The Ariston Genus 27 Bffi Uk Lpg - Jun 1998 expansion vessel is a product to handle the expansion of water in a boiler or hot water system due to increases in temperature. When water rises in temperature that expands, particularly when it is placed under pressure such as in a sealed heating system or an unvented hot water cylinder. Expansion vessels typically contain a cylinder or disc which is divided inside into two compartments separated by a rubber sheet, known as the diaphragm. Inside the expansion tanks there is water on one side of the diaphragm and air or an inert gas such as nitrogen under pressure on the other side. An air valve very much like those found on bike and car tyres is normally provided on the air side to permit the unit to be re-pressurised., Ariston Expansion Vessel Are Available Next Day
